RIP- Heath Ledger

I'm so proud of this picture.

After having seen the Dark Knight twice, I decided I had to draw some Joker stuff 'cause I'm pretty much in love with him >_>;

I know that everyone else has been drawing all sorts of Joker stuff too, which is why I didn't do a picture with all of his make up first and didn't title this "Wanna see a magic trick?" or "Why so serious?" And it's also why I won't use either of those titles for any others that I decide to do... although, I may still use quotes from the movie >_>

Okay, so, this picture isn't quite perfect, I couldn't get him to look as evil as he did in my ref pic, but it actually LOOKS like him ^^ That makes me super happy o3o

When I first started... and got his face finished, I was a little worried that I'd made his scars too dark, but now I like it a lot >_> I think I'm actually most proud of those scars o3o And his eye and ear.

Heath Ledger was pretty much the best actor ever, and this movie just skyrocketed him to the top of my list. He took my favorite bad guy ever, and made him even better. He's all like... grungy looking and insane and I love that o3o Way better than the old gangster Joker >_>

Anyway, after seeing the movie a second... and then a third time, I kind of got a little depressed 'cause he's not around anymore and.... I really want another Joker movie with acting of that caliber D: I wish he didn't have to die... It wasn't even his fault, which makes it worse...

Well, I guess I'll go shopping now and try to find a stand-up poster of the Joker to put in my dorm room in.... Two weeks O_O College is coming up fast....
